The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, 6 Proximity IT Technicians (M/F) for a 3-month temporary mission (renewable) in Bourges (18).

Start date: January 2027

Your main missions will be as follows

Install, configure and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, networks...)
Provide technical support to users, on-site or remotely
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
Carry out workstation deployment
Participate in update management and system security
Document interventions and keep technical procedures up to date

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:Experience and Training

With a higher education degree in IT, you have a first successful experience in local IT support

Technical skills

Windows 7 and 10, Office

Soft Skills

Interpersonal skills
Rigour in following procedures
Pedagogy with users

Working hours : 35h per week - from Monday to Friday

Travel : none

Remuneration : 13.19 € gross per hour
