Job offer : Level 1/2 Support Technician (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company), a Level 1/2 Support Technician (M/F) for a 1-month temporary contract, in Toulouse at a client site.

Duration: 1 month

Remuneration: 25/26k€ Location: Toulouse

Missions: Within the support team, you provide on-site and remote assistance to users regarding all issues related to workstations and the IT environment. You contribute to the proper functioning of the information system by ensuring responsive and high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for workstations, office tools, and the Windows environment.
• Handle hardware, software, and network incidents as well as access issues (passwords, VPN, accounts).
• Participate in software deployment, update, and system operations.
• Apply security procedures and technical standards of the environment.
• Install and replace IT equipment.
• Support users during hardware or environment changes.
• Create and administer Active Directory accounts and messaging.
• Manage access rights and user groups.
• Prepare and deploy workstations.
• Monitor IT equipment.
• Intervene occasionally on photocopiers and coordinate requests with service providers.

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in IT.
• First experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
• Good interpersonal skills
