Job offer : Workstation Technician (M/F)

Actual Talent is looking for its client, an IT service provider, for a Workstation Technician (M/F) for a long-term interim mission in Arches.

Here are the missions that will be entrusted to you

• Install and configure IT and telephone equipment (hardware and software) to ensure their perfect operation
• Ensure curative and preventive maintenance of workstations under Windows 11
• Manage the fleet of associated peripherals (printers, scanners) to ensure service continuity
• Support users during the deployment of new applications within the DSI to facilitate familiarization
• Draft documentary procedures and user guides to enrich the knowledge base
• Exchange occasionally in English for support or documentary operation purposes

Additional Information:

• Long-term interim contract
• Immediate start
• Salary: 26k to 28K depending on profile and experience
• Mission in Arches

Profile sought:

• Bac to Bac+2 education in IT (Networks, Support, Systems) or equivalent
• First successful experience in a similar position in IT support or deployment
• Technical skills:
• Mastery of the Windows 11 environment
• Good knowledge of IT peripherals (printers, scanners, MFP)
• Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation
• Notions of English (read and written) for documentary understanding
