IT Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Actual talent Metz is looking for an IT Support Technician (M/F) for its IT client as part of a 3-month temporary assignment in RICHWILLER.

Salary 28k gross annual

Within a dynamic team and as part of a team reinforcement, you will intervene directly with users to ensure the proper functioning of infrastructures and equipment.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows:

Provide level 1 and 2 user support to ensure service continuity
Prepare and install Windows workstations to ensure equipment commissioning
Prepare and install Windows servers to strengthen client infrastructure
Prepare and install mobility equipment (iOS/Android smartphones and tablets) to optimize access to tools
Install and configure network printers to ensure their availability
Configure network equipment (CISCO, Juniper, Zyxel switches) to maintain site connectivity
Carry out travel and troubleshooting directly on-site to quickly resolve incidents

The profile we're looking for

Experience and Training:

IT training of BAC+2 / BAC+3 level (Networks, Telecom, Support)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in IT support and proximity
Mastery of Windows environments and network architectures (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills
Rigor, method, and organizational skills
