The role

Actual Talent METZ is looking for its client, an IT services company established at the national level, for an itinerant IT Support Technician (M/F) in the REIMS area for a long-term interim assignment.

Conditions:

Salary: 13 euros gross per hour + vehicle provided
Place of assignment: REIMS, itinerant
Contract: Interim
Start date: immediate
Duration: 6 months minimum

Missions:

Proximity technical assistance directly to users
Diagnosis and resolution of incidents on workstations
Maintenance of local equipment (printers, peripherals, local networks)
Management of interventions throughout the Reims - Champagne region
Proximity support for central network teams as needed
Installation and cabling of equipment (switches).
Participation in the deployment of SD-WAN technologies.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

You have a 2-year higher education degree (Bac +2) in IT
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
You are proficient in Windows environments, Office 365, and have knowledge of Active Directory
