Line Operator (M/F)
The Line Operator manages one or more automated production machines, ensuring output rates, quality and manufacturing safety. They are a key link between technical line adjustments and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
Set up and start the production line
Set machine parameters according to the manufacturing order and launch production while adhering to quality standards.
Monitor line operation
Monitor production parameters and adjust settings in case of any discrepancy.
Check the quality of manufactured products
Perform regular checks to ensure product compliance with specifications.
Perform first-level maintenance
Carry out routine maintenance operations and report any breakdown requiring technical intervention.

Proficiency in managing production lines and adjusting technical parameters.
Interpretation of technical data sheets and manufacturing orders to organize production.
Use of measuring instruments to check product compliance.
Application of quality, hygiene, safety, health and environmental procedures specific to the industry.

Ability to quickly detect a production discrepancy and adjust settings accordingly.
Ability to identify the root cause of a malfunction to minimize downtime.
Coordination with other operators in shift work.
Independent management of the line in accordance with production instructions.

Qualifications & training
- Reference diploma: CQP Line Operator or Bac Pro Production Line Operator.
- Other pathways: BTS Systems Maintenance, production systems option.
