How does it work?
5 levels await you: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum And a lifetime level for the most loyal: Diamond.
Each level is unlocked based on your hours worked over the last 12 months.
Once reached, your level is guaranteed for 12 full months, even if your pace slows down.
The counter is based on actual hours worked (assignments, CDII, overtime, etc.).

What if my pace changes?
Your level remains secured for 12 months, no matter what. Upon expiry, your new status will correspond to your hours over the last 12 months. If you stop working completely for 12 months, you start back at the Member level. If you start again, you move back up as normal.
Reach the Platinum level twice, and Diamond status is yours.
For life. * It is then maintained as long as you work 500 hours per year.

Yes. It is cumulative with the Livret Actual (CET) at 12%, FASTT, referral, and CDI Intérimaire: nothing is excluded.
