Job offer : Head Chef (M/F)

Are you a passionate culinary professional looking for autonomy? The Actual Nantes HRT agency, a catering specialist, is looking for a Head Chef (M/F) for a temporary assignment in a school located in Le Landreau (44430).

Your main missions

As the true conductor of your kitchen, you will ensure the complete production of meals for the students. Your daily routine will be punctuated by preparation, setup, meal delivery, as well as rigorous management of storage, cleaning, and dishwashing. You will work in complete autonomy on site.

Working conditions

This is a 34-day temporary assignment, starting on November 2, 2026 and ending on December 18, 2026. You will work on a basis of 30 hours per week, according to a fixed schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You will have your Wednesdays and weekends off.
