The role
Our ACTUAL CANNES agency is looking for a community cook (M/F) in Cannes for one of its clients.
Your missions
Order and manage stocks, Develop menus and recipes, Ensure hot or cold culinary production in compliance with hygiene and safety rules, Be required to perform self-service and kitchen cleaning
Variable schedule, 35h00 / week, from Monday to Sunday, without split shifts.
The profile we're looking for
Training in cooking such as CAP, BEP or BAC PRO Cuisine, Organized, rigorous, good interpersonal skills, anticipation, A successful experience of 3 years would be ideal, Knowledge of HACCP standards
