Job offer : Food industry cook (M/F)

• Transform and prepare raw materials according to a culinary production plan, while respecting instructions, raw material yields, and criteria for hygiene, productivity, food quality, health and safety, and the environment.
• Carry out and record the various QSE checks and alert in case of malfunction.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the machine.
• Perform cleaning and disinfection operations for equipment and kitchens in compliance with instructions and operating procedures.

Job conditions

• Physical position involving lifting loads.
• Work in a cold and humid workshop, requiring the wearing of boots.
• 3-shift organization: for the night team, starting Sunday evening, either at 7 PM or 9 PM.

• Training & Experience: Holder of a CAP / BEP in Cooking (or equivalent), you have a first successful experience in collective catering, traditional catering, or the food industry.
• Technical skills: Comfortable with computer tools to ensure production monitoring and recipe traceability.
• Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, and an excellent team spirit. Strict adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and safety rules is essential.
• Mobility: Autonomy is mandatory for your travel (site not served by public transport).
