Your main missions

You ensure the rigorous cleaning and maintenance of dishes, cutlery, and glasses, whether using a machine or manually.

You also ensure the efficient drying and storage of clean dishes in the designated areas, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, to guarantee optimal service fluidity.

To excel as a Kitchen Porter, we are looking for a dynamic and organized person, capable of working efficiently within a culinary team. A first experience in dishwashing or in the catering sector is a valuable asset, although motivated profiles are welcome.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate great rigor and strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). Your ability to keep your workspace impeccable and your speed of execution will be essential to ensure the fluidity of the service.
