## **The role**

Are you a passionate culinary professional looking for autonomy? The Actual Nantes HRT agency, a catering specialist, is looking for a **Head Chef (M/F)** for a temporary assignment in a school located in **Le Landreau (44430)**.

### Your main missions

As the true conductor of your kitchen, you will ensure the complete production of meals for the students. Your daily routine will be punctuated by preparation, setup, meal delivery, as well as rigorous management of storage, cleaning, and dishwashing. You will work in complete autonomy on site.

### Working conditions

This is a 34-day temporary assignment, starting on **November 2, 2026** and ending on **December 18, 2026**. You will work on a basis of **30 hours per week**, according to a fixed schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You will have your Wednesdays and weekends off.

## **The profile we're looking for**

As a **Head Chef**, you are the guarantor of culinary excellence and the operational management of our establishment. We are looking for a passionate professional with **significant experience in team management** and perfect mastery of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques.

The ideal candidate has a diploma such as **CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro Cuisine**, consolidated by confirmed practice in catering. Exemplary rigor regarding compliance with **hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)** is essential to guarantee the quality of our services.

You demonstrate great creativity, an ability to optimize material costs while maintaining constant quality, and you possess real **leadership** to unite your teams around ambitious performance goals.
