We are actively looking for Institutional Cooks (m/f) to support our clients in the dynamic Nantes area. Your mission will be to prepare and create dishes with passion and precision, while actively participating in the smooth running of the service.

Prepare and create dishes with precision. Participate in the setup and smooth running of the service. Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Bring your creativity and energy to the kitchen every day.

Your profile

You are an experienced cook or a passionate individual with a strong team spirit. Your professionalism and motivation will be your best assets for success in various establishments.

To excel as an Institutional Cook (m/f), you demonstrate real expertise in traditional and dietary cooking, combined with a perfect mastery of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).

The ideal candidate ideally has a first successful experience in contract catering and possesses a CAP or BEP Cuisine diploma, ensuring good technical operational skills.

Your rigor, your ability to work in a team, and your respect for technical sheets are essential assets to ensure the quality of the services provided daily.

Punctuality, organization, and responsiveness to service flows are key skills that will allow you to actively contribute to the satisfaction of our guests.
