Job offer : Operations Technician (M/F)

Our IT-specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, an IT Operations Technician (M/F) for a 2-month interim mission in Angers (49).

Start date: November 2026

Your main missions will be as follows

• OS management and optimization: Administer, secure, and keep workstation operating systems (Windows 10/11 and Android) up to date.
• Advanced support (L2 / L3): Handle the diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents impacting workstations and the user environment.
• Fleet management and mobility: Administer fleet management and deployment tools (SCCM, Ivanti, WSUS) as well as the MDM solution for mobile fleets.
• Virtualization: Ensure configuration, operational maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstation virtualization via Systancia WorkPlace.
• Provisioning and mastering: Create, maintain, and evolve master images (WIM), integrate drivers, and manage system configuration.
• Automation and tooling: Develop and evolve scripts (PowerShell) and internal tools related to the workstation environment (LAPS, BitLocker, monitoring, deployment servers).
• Documentation and improvement: Write technical procedures, participate in technical committees, propose architecture evolutions, and ensure continuous technological monitoring.

With a higher education degree in IT (ideally Bac +2), you have proven experience in local IT support (1 to 2 years).

Technical skills:

• In-depth expertise in Windows 10/11 OS (client and server) and mastery of Active Directory / GPO.
• Solid mastery of fleet management and deployment tools: SCCM, Ivanti, WSUS, WIM mastering.
• Mastery of scripting (PowerShell) to automate operations.
• Knowledge of workstation virtualization (Systancia WorkPlace, Citrix or equivalent) and MDM on Android fleets.
• Sensitivity to IT security requirements in sensitive environments (HDS, ISO 27001).
