IT Kiosk Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT-specialized team is recruiting for its client several kiosk/on-site support technicians (M/F) for a temporary mission of several months in Nanterre. Start date: as soon as possible. Proposed remuneration: 28/30k€. Benefits: restaurant card + 50% of transport costs. Your main missions will be:

Welcoming users at 4 different sites
Handling assistance requests, troubleshooting, loans.
Preparing and handing over equipment to employees (PC, Smartphone)
Opening incidents handled directly or escalated
Managing equipment returned or received by the Relay (fleet update)
Tracking activities in the management tool
Updating various repositories
Enrolling smartphones, configuring PCs. Technical environment: Windows 11, Office365, AD, iOS, Android, Intune, Service Now. The position is to be filled on a temporary basis with the possibility of evolving into a CDI. The main site is in Nanterre and the other sites are nearby.

The profile we're looking for

Bac to Bac+2 in IT. You have at least 3 years of experience in on-site support. Experience in a kiosk/IT Bar is mandatory.
