Job offer : IT Technician (M/F)

Actual Talent Metz is looking for its client, an industrial company, for an IT Technician (M/F) based in Metz (57).

Reporting to the Information Systems Department, you will join the team to provide level 1 support to users, as well as deployment and management of the IT infrastructure.

• Location: Metz (57)
• Contract: CDI (Base 39h)
• Salary: 27k to 30k gross annual depending on profile

As part of this position, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:

• Be the first point of contact for users (telephone reception / hotline) to handle their needs.
• Create, qualify, prioritize, and monitor all incident tickets and user requests via the ticketing tool.
• Process service requests, manage access to shared resources, and create accounts via Active Directory.
• Perform level 1 network support (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, VPN).
• Carry out deployment missions, preparation, maintenance, and overall management of the IT infrastructure (PC, thin clients, smartphones, tablets).
• Receive and check deliveries, then manage the shipment of equipment.

• You hold a Bac +2 level diploma in computer science (mandatory).
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support position.
• You are proficient in Windows environments, Active Directory, as well as Office 365 and Google Workspace tools.
• You are comfortable with the daily use of a ticketing tool.
• Knowledge of Citrix, AS/400, or ToIP is a plus.
• You are recognized for your rigor, organization, autonomy, curiosity, and excellent telephone skills.
