
Job offer : IT Helpdesk Operations Technicians (M/F)
The role
Our specialized IT team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, 6 IT Operations and Helpdesk Technicians (M/F) for a 3-month temporary assignment (renewable) in Chantepie (35).
Start date: 02/11/2026
Your main missions will be as follows
Helpdesk
- Resolution of online IT incidents: functional assistance, remote control (workstation, business applications)
- Processing of IMAC requests (install, move, add, change) falling under the L1 and L2 scope
- Access rights management according to predefined and documented processes
- Handling and processing of tickets, investigations until resolution or L3 escalation
- Management of recurring problems: trend analysis, root cause identification, implementation of sustainable workarounds
- Follow-up and tracking of open or pending tickets (L1 and L2)
- Proactive communication to users regarding impacting IS incidents
- Use of Microsoft Teams as a complementary channel: outgoing notifications, validation requests, inter-team escalations.
Operations
- Perform all routine operations necessary for the startup and proper functioning of IT infrastructures according to procedures
- Execute actions and monitor applications and application flows in accordance with the operating manual procedures
- Monitor and control the smooth running of operations
- Ensure service continuity of production applications, particularly those critical for newspaper production
- Detect incidents and implement first-level resolution or escalate in accordance with previously defined procedures
- Escalate incidents outside the scope or requiring advanced application expertise to internal teams
- Process incidents or anomalies based on internal requests: incident diagnosis, identification, formulation, and tracking of its resolution
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
Experience and Training
- Higher education in IT, you have significant experience in level 2 IT support or IT operations / supervision (minimum 3 to 5 years)
- Driving license B required for the position
Technical skills
- Scripting capability
- Simple Windows + Linux administration
- Knowledge of a supervision tool (Zabbix ideally)
- Knowledge of a scheduler (VEGA ideally)
- Mastery of ticketing tools (use of JIRA on the job)

Working hours: 35h/week - time slot from 8 am to 2 am depending on the schedule + on-call duty Travel: no
Remuneration: 13.19 / 15.38 € gross per hour
