Your missions

At the heart of the activity, you will be in charge of

• Preparing ingredient carts according to programmed recipes.
• Ensuring the traceability of ingredients and compliance with FIFO.
• Ensuring ingredient compliance (DLC, DLUO, etc.).
• Respecting "Allergen" instructions: Storing ingredients in designated areas, ingredient handling rules, cleaning the workstation.
• Monitoring the good condition of weighing equipment.
• Ensuring daily checks of weighing equipment.
