Job offer : Kitchen Assistant (M/F)

Within a central kitchen located in Grand-Fougeray, you will join a production team.

Your main missions

• Carry out preliminary preparations (peeling, trimming, cutting vegetables, meat and fish).
• Participate in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established technical sheets.
• Ensure the packaging, tray sealing and labeling of food products for distribution.
• Ensure product traceability and strict compliance with HACCP hygiene rules.
• Participate in cleaning, disinfecting the work surface and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Daytime hours, Monday to Friday
• Hourly rate: 12,31€ Gross

Education: CAP / BEP Cuisine or equivalent.

Experience: Experience required in traditional or collective catering.

Skills: Mastery of basic culinary techniques, solid knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

Soft skills: Rigor, sense of organization, dynamism, punctuality and good team spirit.
