Your missions ### At the heart of the activity, you will be in charge of - Preparing ingredient carts according to programmed recipes. - Ensuring the traceability of ingredients and compliance with FIFO. - Ensuring ingredient compliance (DLC, DLUO, etc.). - Respecting "Allergen" instructions: Storing ingredients in designated areas, ingredient handling rules, cleaning the workstation. - Monitoring the good condition of weighing equipment. - Ensuring daily checks of weighing equipment.
