The role
Your missions will be as follows
Welcome and advice: Welcome customers (by phone or via digital channels), analyze their financing needs and propose adapted solutions (consumer credit, insurance, payment solutions).
Recovery and risk management: Ensure the monitoring of unpaid debts, amicable reminders and the negotiation of regularization solutions in compliance with ethical rules.
Achieving objectives: Participate in the agency's quantitative (turnover, loan volume) and qualitative (customer satisfaction) objectives.
The profile we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with the following profile
Diploma: Generally a Bac+2 / Bac+3 level (BTS MCO, BTS NDRC, or professional license in the banking, insurance or customer relations sector).
Skills: Interpersonal skills, listening skills, diplomacy, rigor in financial analysis and team spirit.
