Payroll Manager (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will join a team of 3 people (including 2 people dedicated to pre-payroll). In a dynamic environment, you will take full responsibility for the production and complete management of the payroll cycle, from the recovery/integration of elements to social declarations (100% payroll position)Your missions:Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 employees (scalable volume that can reach up to 300 employees). In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be:

Payroll management and production from A to Z: Integration, entry, calculation, control, and verification of all payslips.
Social declarations: Establishment, control, and electronic transmission of monthly and event-based DSN.
Management of leaves and absences: Processing of IJSS, provident files, monitoring of sick leave/work accidents, and payroll adjustments.
Final settlement: Payroll processing and calculation of severance/STC indemnities.
Team collaboration: Close synergy with the 2 people in charge of pre-payroll for the collection and transmission of variable elements.

The profile we're looking for

Your profile:With a Bac +2/+3 education specializing in Payroll / Accounting, you have successful experience in a similar position focused on pure payroll processing. You are recognized for:

Imperative mastery of the SILAE software
Your complete autonomy on the entire payroll process from A to Z up to the DSN
Your rigor, your payroll technicality, and your precision
Your team spirit and your ease with numbers

Remuneration: 34 K€ to 38 K€ gross annual according to profile and experience
