We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f) in the Bernay area.

Ideally a first experience in this field within La Poste.

Your main missions include:

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism
• Master customer relations to ensure their satisfaction
• Manage physical and telephone reception efficiently
• Take charge of requests and respond to them with responsiveness
• Advise and direct customers to specialized contacts according to their needs

Contract: Weekly, renewable

Remuneration: €12.31 per hour

The position of Customer Service Representative (m/f) requires a candidate with strong adaptability and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a person with a level of experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role, capable of effectively managing customer requests.
