Your Actual Nice agency is happy to offer you the opportunity to join the offices of the La Poste group. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (M/F) in various sectors covering Nice, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Carros.

Depending on your geographical area, you will be able to join different offices of the La Poste group as a Customer Service Representative (M/F). After training for the position provided by the group, your main missions will be to welcome and then assist customers according to their needs regarding all services offered in the Post Office: mail and parcel services, orientation towards banking advisors, telephone offers and any other services offered with the professionalism and proximity that characterizes La Poste.

The profile we're looking for

You have a Baccalaureate degree and experience in face-to-face customer relations. You rely on your commercial and interpersonal skills that make you a professional with a real sense of contact. Your availability, friendliness and professionalism allow you to advise and sell the products and services appropriate to the needs of your public. Finally, you know how to put your rigor and ability to adapt to good use within the Post Office team.
