The role

Your Actual Nantes Tertiaire agency is looking for a Customer Advisor (M/F) in Nantes.

Guarantee the handling of incoming and outgoing flows (phones, emails, etc.) from clients and partners
Analyze and qualify client requests and ensure rigorous processing of first-level operations in compliance with current procedures
Ensure communication on files with the teams in charge of contract management
Provide a reliable and complete response with pedagogy to clients and partners regarding savings and provident products, and inform clients of the processes, deadlines, and progress of their file
Update the customer relationship management tool after each client contact, contribute to improving the quality of the relationship with the client (reception and client satisfaction) by reporting dissatisfaction
Participate in the circulation of best practices and knowledge
Participate in the circulation of information within the Management
Alert on malfunctions, anomalies, and incidents
Be proactive in proposing improvements to processes and the organization of the activity
Participate in updating procedures and operating methods
Provide performance indicators by developing reports

Mission dates: 04/01/2027 to 02/04/2027

Hourly rate: €14.18 gross per hour + meal vouchers

The profile we're looking for

Baccalaureate required with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, including 2 years in call handling
OR
Bac +2/3 degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, including 1 year in call handling
Essential knowledge in banking or insurance
