The position is based in Aix-les-Bains. Working time is set at 35 hours per week, with the possibility of part-time work at 80% depending on your needs. The proposed salary is 3000 € per month, with a start date scheduled for November 6, 2026.

Your missions: reporting to the Agency Director, your main missions will be

• administrative management of subcontractors,
• consolidation and tracking of site teams,
• management of tender files,
• archiving of files,
• management of the director's agenda,
• organization of meetings, seminars, business trips,
• management of employee arrivals and departures in connection with HR support services.

To support our team as an Agency Assistant (M/F), we are looking for a qualified professional with a Level III degree (Bac +2

• BTS, DUT or equivalent).

The ideal candidate has solid experience as a professional assistant, between 3 to 5 years, allowing them to be immediately operational in the administrative management and daily monitoring of the agency and has experience in the construction sector.

We expect a person with a great sense of organization, excellent interpersonal skills and mastery of office tools essential for the fluidity of internal processes.

Your ability to work independently while actively contributing to the satisfaction of our clients will be a decisive asset for succeeding in this position.
