Job offer : Factory Planner (M/F)

ACTUAL is recruiting a Planner for its client for a 9-month CDD. Your role is to ensure the scheduling of production activities to guarantee the completion of the manufacturing program. Ensure production scheduling and planning:

• Perform the necessary settings in the APO IT tool for scheduling.
• Ensure the scheduling of production lines and mixing over a horizon of W to W+3.
• Lead the weekly planning meeting with all factory departments to validate the production program.
• Manage production advances and delays and adapt priorities daily.
• Launch production orders while ensuring the availability of raw materials.
• Ensure weekly monitoring of supply chain performance indicators.
• Work in collaboration with the long-term planner at headquarters to integrate the constraints necessary for optimizing the production plan.
• Communicate plan adjustments to anticipate impacts upstream (procurement) and downstream (shipments). Contribute to continuous improvement:
• Actively participate in the site's continuous improvement initiatives through NCE.
• Contribute to improving the results of the department's performance indicators, particularly the APP, the production plan adherence indicator.
• Use problem-solving and activity management tools (Zoom, OPL, GSTD...).
• Participate in operational meetings and represent the Supply Chain during factory meetings.
• Carry out VCS and contribute to the skills development of planning system users.

Required skills: You have initial experience in a similar position or a diploma in this field. IT: Mastery of office tools, particularly Excel, ease with information systems and Supply Chain tools (SAP/APO). Profession: Knowledge of the Supply Chain and production processes, ability to analyze performance indicators and manage activity. Behavioral: Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally, spirit of initiative and sense of priorities, rigor and results orientation.
