Job offer : Sales Representative (M/F)

Actual Annecy is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative (M/F). In connection with the field sales representative, you will ensure the commercial and administrative follow-up of client files:

• Welcoming and advising clients by phone.
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes and commercial offers.
• Entry and tracking of orders.
• Customer relationship management and loyalty building.
• Coordination with various departments to ensure the smooth running of orders.
• Assisting the field sales representative in monitoring their portfolio.

Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with flexible hours possible

Remuneration: 30 to 34K€ gross per year.

Ideally, you have

• Imperative experience within an agency team.
• A good sense of customer service and ease on the phone.
• Rigor, organization, and responsiveness.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of computer tools.
