Job offer : Sales Assistant (M/F)

Join our teams as a Delicatessen/Catering Salesperson (m/f) and contribute to our customers' satisfaction on a daily basis!

Your main missions

You ensure a warm welcome and provide personalized advice to our customers. You are in charge of setting up and neatly presenting products in the delicatessen-catering department. You perform small cutting operations and prepare products for sale, using the slicer, mincing machine, and your manual cutting tools (notably for pork and veal chops) with precision. You guarantee the cleanliness of your workspace and ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and current HACCP procedures.

Skills expected to succeed

You possess a real mastery of sales and advice in a traditional department. You are comfortable with cutting techniques and the use of professional equipment (slicer, mincer, knives). Your rigor, sense of organization, and in-depth knowledge of HACCP standards and the PMS are your best assets for this position.

Organization and working conditions

This position, to be filled from September 1, 2026, is offered on a 24-hour weekly basis, with a real possibility of evolution towards a full-time 35-hour position. For a full-time position, you will work 4 days a week. Working hours are set between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM, depending on the store's organization. Enjoy a pleasant work rhythm: no work on Sundays and no extra hours are planned in the usual organization. One public holiday is assigned to the solidarity day according to company policies.

To fill the position of Salesperson (m/f), we are looking for a dynamic person with an excellent sense of customer service.

The ideal candidate possesses a Level V qualification (BEP/CAP or equivalent) and demonstrates initial professional experience of less than one year, ideally acquired in a commercial environment.
