## **The role**

Actual Annecy is recruiting an **Inside Sales Representative (M/F)**. In connection with the field sales representative, you will ensure the commercial and administrative follow-up of client files:

- **Welcoming** and **advising** clients by phone.
- Preparation and follow-up of quotes and commercial offers.
- Entry and tracking of **orders**.
- Customer relationship management and **loyalty building**.
- Coordination with various departments to ensure the smooth running of orders.
- Assisting the field sales representative in monitoring their portfolio.

### Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with flexible hours possible

Remuneration: 30 to 34K€ gross per year.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Ideally, you have

- **Imperative experience within an agency team.**
- A good sense of customer service and ease on the phone.
- Rigor, organization, and responsiveness.
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of computer tools.
