Job offer : Recruitment Consultant (M/F)

ACTUAL Lyon is recruiting for one of its clients, a major player in its sector, a Recruitment Officer (M/F). The position is to be filled in the Part-Dieu area as a CDI.

You will join a team of 3 people and your tasks will be as follows

1 RECRUITMENT:

• Physical and telephone reception of candidates
• Taking orders from internal and external clients
• Managing the entire recruitment process
• Being proactive in proposing candidates

2 PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION:

• Drafting contracts, amendments
• Managing medical check-ups
• Collecting payroll variables and transmitting them to the relevant department
• HR support for staff in post

• Salary starting from 25K euros per year
• 37 hours per week

Holder of a Bac +2 degree in human resources, commerce, or other fields. You enjoy human contact, you are versatile and know how to adapt to all situations. Ideally accustomed to recruiting profiles from technical sectors such as construction or similar.
