The role

Reporting to the Director of Operations and HR Development, you will occupy the role of Operations and HR Development Officer, within a Foundation that is a major player in the medical-social and health sector in France.You have experience in the medical-social sector and master the CCN 51 (FEHAP) collective agreement.

Your missions

Contractual management: supervise the key stages of the contract's life.
Advice to establishments: support teams in the field with their HR issues.
HR quality approach: develop standards, harmonize procedures, and ensure data reliability.
Recruitment & Employee Experience: participate in hiring and optimize the employee journey.
HR projects: contribute to digitalization projects and the modernization of HR tools.

The profile we're looking for

You have 5 years of experience in personnel administration with exposure to recruitment, in the health or medical-social sector (FEHAP 51). You master HR administration (drafting contracts, amendments, salary simulations, monitoring trial and integration periods) as well as labor law.Rigorous in document management and reporting (maintaining organizational charts, dashboards, monitoring personnel files), you demonstrate organization and naturally integrate into a project management and continuous improvement approach. Diplomacy, liveliness, curiosity, rigor, pragmatism, and a sense of service. Ability to propose solutions. Ability to work cross-functionally.
