
Job offer : Senior Human Resources Manager (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the HR Director, your role will consist of advising and supporting two Sales Managers (covering approximately 250 stores) on the following items:
- HR advice and expertise
- Support and develop the leadership skills of Regional Managers
- Be a partner in organizational development and change management projects.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of HR policies
- Monitor defined HR indicators and implement action plans at the zone and national level
- Ensure the correct application of HR policies, systems, and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify company needs and translate them into HR actions and objectives.
- Intervene, anticipate, and resolve social conflicts and litigation procedures if necessary, in collaboration with the legal department.
- Contribute to the optimization of workforce planning.
- Participate in the recruitment of regional managers
You will also be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing a team of 6 to 8 Human Resources Managers based in the regions. In close collaboration with the HR Director France, you will actively participate in and lead numerous local HR projects or group HR projects in connection with the international HR team based in the Netherlands.
Frequent travel to be expected: 2 to 3 overnight stays per week
CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS.
- Executive status, Day rate contract (Forfait Jour)
- Gross salary range: €46,480 to €66,400 gross per year

The profile we're looking for
- Minimum Bac+3 degree (preferably in Human Resources).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in a multi-site environment, ideally in Retail/Distribution.
- Mobility and availability for frequent travel (2 to 3 overnight stays per week). Driving license B.
- Mandatory proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum level B1+/B2). Proven experience in HR team management.
- Responsiveness and proactivity, ability to propose solutions, and organizational skills will be essential competencies for this position.
Pragmatic and with a strong field orientation as well as excellent communication skills, you will be capable of evolving in a dynamic and changing environment by acting as a true business partner to operations to achieve common goals.
