Job offer : Debt Collection Officer (M/F)

ACTUAL TERTIAIRE PESSAC is looking for its client BNP Paribas Personal Finance Mérignac, a Consumer Credit Collection Officer (M/F).

Within the Customer Relations Center of BNP Personal Finance, you will play a key role in supporting clients facing financial difficulties. Your mission: analyze, understand, propose, and negotiate.

Your main responsibilities

• Analyze the financial situation of clients and study the associated court decisions.
• Verify the completeness of files and determine the most appropriate procedure.
• Negotiate and identify an amicable repayment solution in connection with clients.
• Recover consumer credit debts in compliance with costs, deadlines, and internal policy.
• Ensure a quality relationship with all stakeholders: bailiffs, courts, service providers, judicial inspectors.
• Achieve and exceed the objectives entrusted to you, while respecting the rules and collection processes.

• The position is to be filled quickly,
• Schedule: 35h from Monday to Friday within an 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM time slot

Hourly rate: 12.54€ + 13th month

With a Bac+2 to Bac+3 education, you have significant initial experience of at least 6 months in customer relations, including internships and work-study programs.
