The role

ACTUAL Lyon is looking for several Customer Service Representatives (M/F) for temporary interim assignments in Bourg-en-Bresse and its surrounding areas.

As part of your duties, your tasks will consist of

Welcoming and assisting customers in discovering the full range of service offerings.
Acting as a business lead generator for banking advisors and professional account managers.
Identifying the expected service, proposing an adapted solution, and assisting customers with their purchases.
Raising customer awareness regarding the use of automated machines and promoting multi-channel remote services.
Performing routine operations related to products and services (mail, parcels, banking, telephony) in compliance with safety instructions and procedures.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality (cleanliness of areas, updating information, restocking, proactivity regarding wait times).

Additional information:

35 hours per week (Monday to Saturday morning)
Hourly rate of 12€49 + Bonuses
Actual Group benefits (CSE, Actual Savings Account 12%, Health insurance, etc.)

The profile we're looking for

Holding at least a Bac-level diploma, you have a first successful experience in customer relations (reception, sales, consulting, or support).

Experience within the La Poste Group would be a real asset.

Endowed with an excellent sense of service, you are smiling, dynamic, and enjoy contact with customers. Your adaptability and interpersonal skills are your strengths.
