The role

Actual Carbonne is recruiting a Garden Center Employee (M/F) to join a dynamic specialized retailer.

Your missions: Within the plant department team, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction. You will welcome, advise, and assist customers with their purchases while ensuring sales. You will also be responsible for the attractiveness of your department: receiving, labeling, merchandising, stock management, and daily maintenance of plants will be part of your daily routine.

Profile sought: You hold a diploma ranging from BAC to BAC +2 in horticulture. Passionate about plants, you have significant experience in sales. Your dynamism, interpersonal skills, and organization are your best assets for success. Holding a certiphyto is a real plus for this position.

The profile we're looking for

To excel as a Garden Center Employee (M/F), you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong taste for customer advice. Your ability to convey your passion for plants and gardening is a major asset for supporting our customers on a daily basis.

You ideally possess successful initial experience in sales or in a garden center, which allows you to be quickly operational in stocking, plant maintenance, and stock management. Knowledge of botanical specifics is imperative.
