## **The role**

**Actual Carbonne** is recruiting a **Garden Center Employee (M/F)** to join a dynamic specialized retailer.

**Your missions:** Within the plant department team, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction. You will welcome, advise, and assist customers with their purchases while ensuring sales. You will also be responsible for the attractiveness of your department: receiving, labeling, merchandising, stock management, and daily maintenance of plants will be part of your daily routine.

**Profile sought:** You hold a diploma ranging from **BAC to BAC +2 in horticulture**. Passionate about plants, you have significant experience in sales. Your dynamism, interpersonal skills, and organization are your best assets for success. Holding a **certiphyto** is a real plus for this position.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a **Garden Center Employee (M/F)**, you demonstrate excellent **interpersonal skills** and a strong taste for customer advice. Your ability to convey your passion for plants and gardening is a major asset for supporting our customers on a daily basis.

You ideally possess **successful initial experience** in sales or in a garden center, which allows you to be quickly operational in stocking, plant maintenance, and stock management. Knowledge of **botanical specifics** is imperative.

We are looking for a **versatile and curious** employee, eager to learn and to invest themselves within a team passionate about the world of gardening.
