Job offer : Agricultural Worker (M/F)

Do you want to join a dynamic and versatile agricultural operation? The Leader agency is looking for an Agricultural worker (m/f) in Souvigné-sur-Sarthe.

Your daily missions

As a true pillar of the farm, you will work transversally on two major activity centers.

Livestock Division (Pigs and Chickens): You will ensure daily feeding and watering, monitor the well-being and health of the herd and poultry, provide assistance during veterinary care, and ensure impeccable hygiene of the buildings through rigorous cleaning and disinfection.

Crops and Maintenance Division: You will actively participate in field work (soil preparation, sowing, maintenance, harvesting), operate tractors and agricultural equipment safely, and ensure routine maintenance of the farm's equipment and infrastructure.

Working conditions

The position is based on a weekly duration of 35 hours, with daytime hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Flexibility is expected during seasonal peak activity, as well as availability to be on call one weekend out of three to ensure animal monitoring. The remuneration is set at 12.31 € gross per hour.

To excel as an Agricultural worker (m/f), we are looking for a dynamic person, passionate about outdoor work and respecting the vine cycle.

The ideal candidate possesses solid professional rigor as well as excellent physical capacity to accomplish seasonal tasks such as pruning, soil maintenance, or harvesting.

Although no specific training is required, initial experience in an agricultural or viticultural environment is highly appreciated to quickly integrate into our team.
