• Respond to customer requests by phone
• Support and advise them in their remote procedures
• Provide assistance in case of opposition or malfunction of a bank card
• Support customers in the use of their application and online space
• Provide clear, reliable, and adapted answers to each situation
• Contribute every day to a quality customer experience.

Job conditions:

• Full-time CDI 35h/week
• Start date: November 30, 2026 at 9:00 AM
• Working hours: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, from Monday to Sunday
• 2 Saturdays worked per month
• 1 Sunday worked per month, paid double
• Schedule communicated 4 weeks in advance
• Training provided upon your arrival.
