The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, 4 Helpdesk Technicians (M/F) for a 3-month temporary assignment (renewable) in Bourges (18).

Start date: January 2027

You will be the first point of contact for users encountering technical issues. You will provide IT support, diagnose incidents, and provide effective solutions to ensure service continuity.

Your main tasks will be as follows

Receive and analyze user support requests (by phone, email, or ticket)
Diagnose hardware and software failures
Resolve IT incidents
Take remote control of user workstations if necessary

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:Experience and Training

With a higher education degree in IT, you have a first successful experience in remote IT support (helpdesk)

Technical skills

Windows 7 and 10, Office
Mastery of a ticketing tool (ideally IVANTI)

Soft Skills

Interpersonal skills
Rigorous follow-up of procedures
Pedagogy with users

Working hours: 35h per week
