Job offer : Support Technician Level 2 (M/F)

Within our client's Europe IT Infrastructure team, you will join a dynamic, international, and multi-site environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day level 2 technical support operations on the Microsoft ecosystem while actively contributing to IT infrastructure evolution projects.

Your missionsUser Support & Assistance: Handle incidents and requests (hardware, systems, peripherals, and network) escalated to level 2.

Incident resolution: Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network malfunctions; coordinate the intervention of external service providers if necessary.

Proactivity & Continuous improvement: Identify recurring problems, propose long-term solutions, and contribute to the implementation of the group's IT standards.

Fleet management & Industrial environment: Ensure the configuration and setup of workstations and industrial printing, and monitor backups/restores.

Documentation & Tracking: Write and update incident tickets as well as the knowledge base (writing in technical English).

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar L2/proximity support position, ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment.

Technical skills

Proficiency in Windows 10 environment / workstations and peripherals.

Knowledge of backup and restore mechanisms.

Experience in print configuration (especially industrial).

Basic network concepts for connectivity diagnostics.

Methodology & Languages

Familiarity with ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation certification appreciated).

English read and written is mandatory (ticket management and exchanges within the Europe team).

Mobility: Holder of a B driving license and own vehicle to ensure travel between neighboring sites.
