Job offer : Support Technician (M/F)

Join our teams as an IT Technician (M/F) in Marseille (13002) for an assignment.

As part of this assignment, you will work on IT park management. Your main tasks will include: workstation intervention, mastery of the Windows 11 environment, and configuration of associated peripherals such as printers, scanners, and MFPs.

You will play a key role in supporting employees through application changes within the IT department. Your ability to write clear technical documentation will be a valuable asset, as will a command of basic English.

To excel as an IT Technician (M/F), we are looking for a person with solid technical expertise and an excellent sense of customer service.

The ideal candidate must possess a 2-year degree in IT (BTS/DUT) and ideally justify at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.

Perfect mastery of Windows and Office suite environments, as well as proven skills in network administration and hardware maintenance are essential to provide user support.

You demonstrate great organizational rigor and a real ability to resolve incidents with calm and pedagogy. Finally, your technical curiosity and your ability to work in a team will be decisive assets to support our users and maintain the performance of our IT park.
