The role

You will be in charge of

Carry out NC actions (customers, suppliers, internal...)
Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects
Monitor 8D actions
Carry out FMEA, control plans and manufacturing flowcharts
Carry out internal audits
Update quality system documents
Participate in customer/supplier audits and monitor their actions
Participate in technical visits to customers or subcontractors
Participate in communication and promotion of the quality policy to teams
Facilitate "quality" meetings or problem-solving groups
Identify and alert on Quality risks and ensure compliance with operating modes and procedures
Participate in the annual customer CSR review
Exercise quality surveillance of products in workshops
Tensile and hardness tests

The profile we're looking for

For this position, you must master all measurement instruments and techniques
Knowledge of quality standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and CSR

Knowledge of problem-solving techniques: 5 Whys, 5M, 8D, FTA, ISHIKAWA, ...

Mastery of audit methods
Mastery of the internal quality system
Technical English
Knowledge of quality tools, Product FMEA, Process, CPK, R&R, Control plan, Inspection
range, 8D
