Actual Talent, a specialist in the recruitment of technical profiles and executives, is looking for one of its clients, a major player in the high-tech industry, for an HSE Audit & Regulatory Compliance Engineer (M/F) for a temporary assignment based in Crolles.

Within the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) department, you play a central role in managing management systems, maintaining certifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance for an industrial site with significant technical and environmental challenges.

Your missions

Reporting to the EHS Management, you will work on several strategic areas

Management of systems and certifications

Ensure the monitoring and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy management systems.

Manage the maintenance and renewal of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certifications.

Contribute to obtaining the AWS (Alliance for Water Stewardship) certification.

Support the various departments in applying normative requirements.

Audits and regulatory compliance

Organize and coordinate internal and external audits.

Define audit programs and ensure their follow-up.

Manage regulatory monitoring and carry out compliance assessments.

Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective action plans.

Industrial safety and risk prevention

Manage and improve the Safety Management System (SMS).

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to SEVESO high-threshold facilities.

Participate in monitoring the requirements of regulatory authorities, particularly the DREAL.

Coordination and reporting

Work cross-functionally with operational, technical, and support teams.

Monitor compliance indicators and present results to management.

Raise team awareness of HSE requirements and regulatory changes.

With a higher education degree in HSE, QHSE, industrial risk management, or equivalent, you ideally have significant experience in a similar function within a demanding industrial environment.

You have solid skills in

HSE management systems and ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 certifications.

Organization and conduct of audits.

Industrial regulatory monitoring and compliance.

ICPE / SEVESO regulations and industrial risk management.

Management of action plans and coordination of cross-functional projects.

Autonomous, rigorous, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to unite varied stakeholders and support teams in a continuous improvement process.
