The role

Join Actual Roanne! We are recruiting two Electromechanics Technicians (M/F) for a leading national industrial group in the paper sector. As part of long-term temporary assignments with the prospect of permanent hiring, you will join a dynamic and innovative structure.

Your missions: You will work on complex industrial equipment to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. Your tasks include diagnosing electrical and mechanical breakdowns, replacing components, and participating in improving machine reliability.

Two positions are available according to your preferences

1. Day shift position: Monday to Thursday (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM). Benefits: 13th month and meal vouchers.

2. 3-shift position: Rotating hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM). Benefits: 13th month, day or night meal allowances, and night shift premiums.

Your profile: You hold at least a 2-year degree (Bac +2) in electromechanics or industrial maintenance and have at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical diagrams is essential. Knowledge of automation and pneumatics will be a major asset for success in this position.

BTS, DUT, or equivalent).

The ideal candidate has significant professional experience of 3 to 5 years in the field, thus demonstrating solid technical expertise.

We expect a rigorous profile with advanced skills in electromechanical maintenance and the ability to intervene with precision on complex equipment. Your ability to diagnose breakdowns and propose adapted solutions will be a major asset for joining our teams.
