Job offer : After-sales service and commissioning technician (M/F)

Actual Talent is looking for an After-sales Service & Commissioning Technician (M/F) for one of its clients specializing in industrial equipment.

You will join a technical team and work on industrial equipment requiring varied skills in electrotechnics, mechanics and electronics.

Your missions

Reporting to the After-sales Service Manager, you will ensure the proper functioning of equipment at customer sites, from installation to troubleshooting.

In this capacity, you will be required to

Diagnose and repair industrial equipment by identifying the source of malfunctions.

Carry out installation, commissioning and machine adjustment operations.

Work on mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic components.

Perform the tests, functional checks and controls necessary to validate the installations.

Carry out maintenance and servicing of equipment.

Participate in the technical improvement of machines and propose solutions adapted to the problems encountered.

Accompany and train users in the proper use of the equipment.

Collaborate with internal teams (design office, manufacturing, purchasing, sales) to ensure follow-up of interventions.

Write intervention reports and ensure the feedback of technical information.

You will work independently on routine operations and benefit from the support of technical teams for more complex issues.

With a technical Bac+2 degree in electrotechnics, electronics or physical measurements, you possess solid technical foundations and a real appetite for industrial equipment.

Ideally, you have skills in several of the following areas

• Electrotechnics and electronics
• Mechanics and micromechanics
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Pneumatics and hydraulics
• Commissioning and adjustment of industrial equipment
• Technical computing

Previous experience in industrial maintenance, after-sales service, installation or machine commissioning is an asset.

Junior profiles with good technical training and a desire to develop their versatility are welcome.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your autonomy, your analytical capacity, your responsiveness and your sense of customer service.

A good level of technical English is necessary to communicate in a professional environment.
