The role

Join us as an IT Proximity Technician! In a dynamic environment, you will become the primary contact for users to ensure the fluidity of their digital and educational tools.

Your main missions

Your daily life will be punctuated by proximity support, incident diagnosis, and proactive management of the IT infrastructure. You will work on the deployment and configuration of workstations under Windows 10/11, the management of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint environments, as well as the administration of mobile terminals via Intune. You will also provide support for peripherals and perform first-level diagnostics on the local network and WiFi connectivity.

The ideal profile

You ideally possess a 2-year degree in IT (such as BTS SIO or TSSR) and have 2 to 5 years of experience in proximity support. Mastery of the Microsoft ecosystem (Intune, Autopilot, M365) and the ServiceNow tool is essential to succeed in this position. Rigorous, autonomous, and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you know how to manage priorities with diplomacy and efficiency.

Practical information

This is an assignment based in Istres (13800), on a 35-hour per week basis. If you are recognized for your analytical skills, team spirit, and desire to support users in their digital transition, this opportunity is for you!

Travel in the Istres area. Driving license B required

The profile we're looking for

To occupy the position of IT Technician (M/F), you must possess solid expertise in hardware and software maintenance as well as network management. Proficiency in Windows and server environments is essential to ensure service continuity.

We are looking for a candidate with a 2-year degree in IT, accompanied by significant professional experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position. Your ability to diagnose failures quickly and your excellent interpersonal skills will be major assets to support our users on a daily basis.

Rigor, autonomy, and a real appetite for teamwork are essential to successfully integrate into our technical projects.
