Our IT Division is supporting its client in the recruitment of its future Systems Administrator (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). Reporting to the IT Director, you will join an agile and structured IT team. You will operate on a multi-site infrastructure, at the heart of a dynamic environment punctuated by transformation projects, merger/acquisition operations, and high requirements in terms of cybersecurity, high availability, and IT performance.

Your Missions

• Guarantee the operational maintenance (MCO), resilience, and evolution of IT infrastructures:
• System Administration & MCO: Deploy, maintain, and optimize servers (physical and virtualized), storage architectures, and backup/restore plans.
• Security & Networks: Administer and harden network and security equipment (Fortinet and Stormshield firewalls, IPsec/SSL VPN tunnels, filtering, Zero Trust access policies).
• Identities & Microsoft Cloud Environment: Manage and secure the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) directory, identity/access governance (IAM, MFA), and SSO integrations.
• Messaging & IP Services: Ensure the operation, continuity, and protection of messaging flows (Exchange, Postfix, SMTP, IMAP) as well as associated security mechanisms (antispam, SPF, DKIM, DMARC); administer DNS architecture and fundamental network services (DHCP, routing).
• Supervision & Tooling: Operate the RMM platform (NinjaOne) for proactive monitoring, patch automation, deployment, and remote remediation.
• Databases: Administer and ensure the availability of database servers (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• L2/L3 Support & Projects: Handle complex incidents and technical escalations; lead technical integration projects during merger phases and collaborate with external providers/publishers.

Stack & Technical Environment

• Systems: Windows Server (mastery), Linux (good knowledge), virtualization, on-premise and hosted infrastructures.
• Networks & Security: Fortinet (FortiGate) and Stormshield (SNS) firewalls, VPN, DNS, VLAN segmentation, hardening policies.
• Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (identity management, conditional access, SSO).
• Messaging: Exchange Online / On-premise, Postfix, SMTP relay, antispam gateways.
• Supervision & Operation: RMM tools (NinjaOne), backup scheduling, scripting.
• DBMS: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.

Profile Sought: Education & Experience: Higher education in IT (Bac+2 to Bac+5, such as BTS SIO, Professional License, or Master's/Engineer in Networks & Telecoms), you have 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in a multi-site environment.

Key skills

• Proven mastery of Windows Server architectures, the Microsoft 365 / Entra ID ecosystem, and perimeter security (Fortinet / Stormshield).
• Operational practice of supervision/RMM tools (knowledge of NinjaOne is a significant asset).
• Strong sensitivity to IT security methodologies (standards, BCP/DRP, vulnerability management).
• Knowledge of public Cloud environments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
