Job offer : IT Helpdesk Technician (M/F)

Our team specialized in IT / Maintenance is looking for its client for a Workstation / Helpdesk / User Support Technician (M/F) for a temporary contract of at least 1 month in Niort.

• Remuneration: 24k€

You will be in charge of the following missions

• Receive user requests remotely
• Record all information necessary for processing in the ticketing tool
• Qualify (Identify / analyze / synthesize) the needs described by users
• Handling of incidents and requests
• Resolve incidents and process level N1 requests focused on office automation and applications
• Escalate to the appropriate support group in case of non-resolution with all the necessary information collected from users
• Support users and ensure their satisfaction
• Follow up on open files: follow-up with users, follow-up with the higher level, etc.
• Alert your management in case of pending files with high criticality, or in case of a general incident
• Documentation and reporting
• Contribute to the enrichment of documentation through your feedback to the Technician
• Service Desk Referent
• Technical environment: Windows, Exchange, 0365, full Wifi, Citrix, Active Directory, ticketing tool
• ServiceNow, business applications

• Qualification: A degree in higher education in IT is required (Bac+2 minimum)
• Experience: You have a first successful experience in handling user requests and their resolution.
• Technical skills: user support, incident resolution, knowledge of a ticketing tool, active directory, knowledge of security constraints.
• Soft skills: Facing a user, you know how to manage your emotions. You are characterized by your team spirit, your rigor and your autonomy. You are keen to respond to user problems and therefore have a sense of customer service.
