Job offer : Branch Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Operations Director, your daily life will consist of managing, developing, and boosting the performance of your branch. Your missions will consist of:

• Driving the branch's commercial strategy and key indicators (turnover, margin, footfall...)
• Managing and uniting a team of 7 employees
• Developing turnover in proximity to customers
• Implementing the group's quality, safety, and environmental policy

Unifying and caring, you are sensitive to the development and support of your employees,

With strong knowledge of construction, whether generalist or specialist, you will know how to leverage your expertise,
